Scholarships

Vermont Eastern Star offers two types of scholarships. The first is Eastern Star Training Awards for Religious Leadership, E.S.T.A.R.L. These scholarships are offered to any person who is entering the field of religious leadership, such as the ministry, Christian education or church music. The second is the Philip and Alice Angell Eastern Star Scholarship Fund to assist worthy Vermont students in pursuing post-secondary education. The recipient must be a Vermont high school graduate or have earned a diploma or its equivalent through the Vermont Adult Base Education or Adult Diploma Program. Financial need is one criteria for selection.
