E-Mail News: New Process Starting March 15, 2018

The E-Mail News will be done differently this year. We will be moving to a new email address, and all notices will be sent from only one source. This will eliminate the duplicate emails so that you should receive only one email per announcement. This will streamline the distribution of OES News.
In order for the new format to work, it is important that we have accurate names and email addresses from each of you. To sign up for the OES News you just need to send an email to and include you name and email address. We will then add you to the distribution list.
With the cost of USPS stamps nearing $.50 per letter, using email saves the Grand Chapter mailing costs. The other advantage to email is that OES news can be more immediate, and members will get it in a more timely manner.
The switch to the new system will take place on March 15th at noon. In order to continue to receive OES News after that date you MUST be signed up at:
