R.V. space is available - $30 per day for electrical hookup (only two available).

REGISTRATION FEE:  $10.00

All members must register.  Preregistration is encouraged, using the form provided.  A 2010 Receipt for Dues card must be presented at the registration table.

Friday, June 4:  8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, June 5:  8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 4 to 7:30 p.m.

All members or visitors giving a report, address, welcome or response are requested to file two typewritten copies with the Grand Secretary.  Please do not use abbreviations or all upper case letters.

Please be on time for rehearsals and group pictures.  Come dressed in Session attire, ready for pictures to be taken.

 

Only those involved in rehearsals should be in the Grand Chapter Room during the rehearsal times.

 

Visiting Grand Representatives are invited to participate in the march during the Informal Opening Friday afternoon.

The Grand Representative’s Association invites you to the Hospitality Room located in the Exhibition Hall.

 

Shop for beautiful hand-crafted gifts in the Exhibition Hall.  Proceeds to benefit the Vermont Eastern Star Benevolence Fund.

 

Visit our Basket Raffle in the Exhibition Hall.  Proceeds to benefit Camp Ta Kum Ta.  Drawing to be held Friday evening, June 4.

 

 

Banquet Reservations

 

Everyone is welcome to attend all banquets.

 

Everyone must make reservations for meals, including those who receive courtesy tickets.

 

Reservations for all banquets must be made on the form provided, with payment included (U.S. funds only).  All tickets will be available at the time of registration.
